01 // ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Every order placed with Zeta Layers is a commitment on both sides. Payment is required in full before production begins. We confirm your order only after payment is received and your file or brief has been reviewed and approved by our team.
We reserve the right to decline any order that cannot be produced to our quality standard.
02 // CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted. If a cancellation is requested before production starts, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Refunds are only applicable if the delivered product does not match the confirmed specification. All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
03 // CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Custom orders require a confirmed design file or detailed brief before production. Any changes to the brief after confirmation may result in revised timelines and pricing. Zeta Layers is not liable for output errors arising from incorrect or incomplete files provided by the client.
04 // SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Standard orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of completion. Delivery timelines vary by location across India. Zeta Layers is not responsible for delays caused by third party courier partners once the order has been dispatched.
All orders are quality checked and securely packaged before leaving our studio in Ahmedabad.
05 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND FILE OWNERSHIP
Any design file submitted to Zeta Layers remains the intellectual property of the client. We do not store, share, reproduce or use your files beyond the scope of your order.
All original designs created by the Zeta Layers design team remain our intellectual property unless full ownership rights are explicitly transferred in writing.
